We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations. We've deployed enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
In accordance with updated CDC recommendations, the use of face coverings is at the individual discretion of each guest and associate. For the convenience of our Guests who wish, complimentary mask dispensers have been placed throughout indoor locations of the resort. Any associate that wishes to wear a face covering while working may continue to do so at their discretion.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, unless otherwise requested, a refresh service will be provided to your room daily. If you do not wish to receive daily service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at hotel entrances, at our front desks, our elevator banks, and meeting spaces.
